New Client Orientation: Getting Started
If you are not yet a client, your first step is to schedule a consultation by calling us at 1-914-689-0084. Watch the video to prepare for your consultation. During the onboarding process, you will be guided through:
- Initial consultation (meet & greet / phone or in-office)
- New client paperwork
- Comprehensive examination
- Report of Findings and care plan.
Once cleared for care, you will receive portal access.

This secure online system allows current clients to conveniently manage their care, access important information, and stay connected with us — anytime, anywhere.  Whether you’re scheduling appointments, reviewing your care plan, or completing forms, the patient portal is designed to make your experience simple, efficient, and fully personalized. Who Can Access the Client Portal?
The patient portal is available to clients who have been screened. If you are a new client, you will receive access instructions after completing your initial consultation and onboarding process. Â If you are unsure whether you have access, our team is happy to assist you when you call us.
How to Login
To access your client portal:
- Click the secure login link below after you have had your consultation with us.
- Create your account or enter your username and password if already set.
- Follow the prompts to access your dashboard
If you are logging in for the first time, please check all your email folders for your activation link and setup instructions. Don’t forget to mark our emails as “safe” to not miss an update!
What You Can Do in the Client Portal
- Complete new client paperwork and intake forms
- Access recommendations and progress updates
- Communicate securely with our office
- Receive important updates about your care
