• All Sales Are Final All purchases, including but not limited to coaching sessions, courses, programs, and materials, are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed and the service or product is delivered, you understand and agree that no refunds will be issued, under any circumstances.
• No Refund for Digital Products Digital products (e.g., downloadable courses, guides, or videos) are also non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded, as they are immediately available for use.
• No Refund for Services Rendered Fees paid for coaching, consulting, or other services are non-refundable once the service has been provided, including any completed sessions or consultations.
• No Refund for Booked Slots Once a slot has been booked for coaching, consulting, or any other service, that slot is considered reserved for you and no refunds will be issued. If you need to reschedule, you must do so within the specified time frame as outlined in our Rescheduling Policy (if applicable), but the booking service fee itself is non-refundable.
• Exceptions Any exceptions to this policy, if applicable, will be handled on a case-by-case basis, solely at the discretion of DrKousouli.com. Any requests for exceptions must be made in writing and are not guaranteed to be honored.
• Agreement By purchasing any product, service, or program from the Site, or by booking any sessions or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refunds Policy.
