From a young age, I’ve been deeply attuned to people’s energy and naturally developed an intuitive gift for healing. Over the course of my professional career, I’ve refined this gift into proprietary systems that help deliver measurable transformation, including the Kousouli® Method (K-METH) and Kousouli Neural Emotive Reprogramming (K-NER℠); designed to support transformation for clients both in-person and remotely, no matter where they are in the world.
When you work with me, the process goes beyond the time we spend together in sessions. For every hour we meet, I dedicate two to three hours preparing, engaging deeply, and following up—through prayer, meditation, and detailed notes. I invite you to also take time to prepare spiritually and mentally before each session, reflecting on what you’ve learned and opening yourself to receive fully. Respecting this process ensures the best results for your growth.
As your Mind-Body Transformation Consultant, my role is to help you reconnect with your divine source and open to the guidance and clarity available to you. Our sessions are a collaborative exploration of your life, challenges, and goals, with insights that may arise through intuitive and spiritual awareness. I share only what I perceive or sense intuitively, allowing the process to unfold naturally. These moments, though sometimes unexpected, are offered as spiritual insights for your reflection and growth. The clearer your intention and openness, the more meaningful the experience may become. By honoring the process, your preparation, and the energy we share, you invite deeper awareness, understanding, and transformation.
For your sessions to be most effective, honesty and openness are essential. Sharing your true thoughts, feelings, and experiences allows me to better understand your goals and provide meaningful guidance. Holding back, even unintentionally, can limit the depth of your personal growth. I invite you to speak from the heart, trust the process, and attend all sessions as scheduled, since consistency and commitment are key to lasting positive change. My role is to guide and support your spiritual development, helping you make choices that align with your authentic self. To prepare, consider spending a few moments in prayer, meditation, or quiet reflection before each session, asking for clarity and openness. Those who enter with intention and reflection often experience deeper insights during and after our time together. Sometimes the guidance may not immediately make sense, but in time its meaning often becomes clear. Other times, it may simply affirm what you already sensed, strengthening your trust in your own inner guidance. Each session is an opportunity to connect, reflect, and move closer to the clarity, peace, and transformation you seek.

My role is not to tell you what to do, think, or feel, but to guide you toward your highest potential and the goals you wish to achieve. It’s important to understand that outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Each person’s experience is unique and influenced by many factors, including free will, mindset, spiritual readiness, physical well-being, and life circumstances. While I am fully committed to guiding and supporting you, your results depend on your openness, consistency, and active participation in the process.
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and emergencies do happen. However, mutual respect and courtesy are essential when working together. To provide the best possible service, I maintain a structured daily schedule that allows me to connect fully with each client. Interruptions can disrupt this flow, affecting not only your session but also those scheduled afterward, which is unfair to others.
Because of the nature of the service, all sessions are pre-paid and set on a fixed schedule. Due to the tight nature of this schedule, rescheduling or changing your session is not permitted. If you are unable to attend a session, please email us as soon as possible, but understand that you will forfeit the session and the cost associated with it.
For online sessions, If you arrive more than five (5) minutes late to a session, your session will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be provided. For in person sessions, being late by 10 minutes without adequate prior notice forfeits your session. Both you and I have the right to discontinue our work together at any time, for any reason. Violating any of my policies will result in permanent client dismissal.

Once your paperwork is returned, we’ll schedule a one-hour consultation designed to understand you, your goals, and the life you want to create. From this, I’ll craft a personalized plan to guide your transformation. If it feels right for you, we’ll begin sessions—45–60 minutes each, weekly or biweekly, starting with a three-month plan to build real momentum.
