CranioSacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy, often referred to as CST, is a holistic healing practice with a rich history that dates back to the early 20th century. It was developed by osteopath and physician Dr. William Sutherland, who made a groundbreaking discovery when he observed the subtle, rhythmic motion of the craniosacral system. This system, comprising the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord, was previously thought to be static, but Dr. Sutherland’s work revealed its dynamic nature. Over the years, his insights evolved into what we now know as Craniosacral Therapy.
