Once your form is reviewed, you will be set up with an initial brief 10-minute phone or Zoom interview to gauge if there is a good match between him and the potential client. During this conversation, Dr. Kousouli aims to understand the core concerns or issues. If it doesn’t seem like a good fit, Dr. Kousouli will be transparent about it, and the call will conclude. He takes great care in screening and assessing potential clients, aiming to comprehensively understand their unique situation, including past traumas, current lifestyle, and overall well-being—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. This allows him to tailor effective and personalized coaching plans.

If the potential client’s needs align with what Dr. Kousouli can offer, and they demonstrate openness to guidance, receptivity to new perspectives, and an ability to follow directions, he will provide them with new client paperwork to complete and return via fax or email. Following that, a pre-paid in-depth (1) one-hour interview will be scheduled to delve deeper into understanding the client, their concerns, and the structure of their lifestyle stress. From the insights gained in this conversation, Dr. Kousouli will form a personalized coaching plan unique to the client.
